This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to the StoryBox mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services") provided by StoryBox ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a subscription plan for the Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.


1. Subscription Plans

StoryBox offers various subscription plans for the Services, including monthly and annual options. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the subscription fee applicable to the chosen plan.


2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring that your payment information is up to date.


3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings in the App or by contacting our customer support at Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the billing cycle.


4. Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if there are exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, please contact our customer support at and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.


5. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees for the Services at any time, at our sole discretion. If we change the subscription fees, we will notify you in advance by posting the updated fees on the App or through other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new fees.
